I was GMC the day before and let's just say, I won't be going back or recommending any family or friends to GMC. At Ford, I was seen as person, an individual, and a customer. Craig L had the utmost customer service. John B was his right hand man and was very friendly. Both compliment each other as a team. 10 star service. I can't believe I'm only offered 5 stars to rate. Great salesmenship exhibited by both. I sensed a great deal of pride from Craig and John. Both carried themselves as they owned the place. Not an ego thing. But they displayed pride in their jobs. Body language spoke all languages of happiness. Now leif, what an extraordinary man. He was professional yet human... he was personable. As a FORD dealership, I would like who ever is reading this to acknowledge and recognize these 3 fine young men for the service and dedication to FORD. And they deserve a raise too.
