My experience I was very happy with the people I worked with while trying to pick out my first car. They listened to what I wanted and helped me get a car in my pri I was very happy with the people I worked with while trying to pick out my first car. They listened to what I wanted and helped me get a car in my price range. However it was never mentioned that the car I was purchasing only came with one key and no owners manual. When I picked up the car there was mud on the back seat even though I was told there had been a detailed cleaning done on the car. The financial personal I delt with listened to what my budget was and helped me work around costs so I left with a car I could afford. Over all the experience of purchasing my first car was very pleasant and I would deal with them again. More

Average Transaction in total! Found a couple of employees unhelpful, exchange policy is not completely as advertised. Details of used vehicle was not disclosed until papers were signed. When asked to cancel the transaction and exchange for my original vehicle. I was told they have an exchange policy not a return policy. But yet there exchange policy says exchange for any vehicle "in stock". If I just traded my vehicle off and it's still there, would that not make it "in stock"? Even after all this one guy really salvaged this transaction. Mike Miller in my opinion did a lot to help. Overall I would rate this an average overall transaction. There is parts of it I am happy with and parts I'm unhappy with. But so far in the end I am happy with the vehicle. More

I was GMC the day before and let's just say, I won't be going back or recommending any family or friends to GMC. At Ford, I was seen as person, an individual, and a customer. Craig L had the utmost customer service. John B was his right hand man and was very friendly. Both compliment each other as a team. 10 star service. I can't believe I'm only offered 5 stars to rate. Great salesmenship exhibited by both. I sensed a great deal of pride from Craig and John. Both carried themselves as they owned the place. Not an ego thing. But they displayed pride in their jobs. Body language spoke all languages of happiness. Now leif, what an extraordinary man. He was professional yet human... he was personable. As a FORD dealership, I would like who ever is reading this to acknowledge and recognize these 3 fine young men for the service and dedication to FORD. And they deserve a raise too. In all honesty, these 3 men that assisted me in my new vehicle purchase, FORD is very lucky to have employees such as these guys.
