Really friendly and professional services! When we arrived at Capital Ford we had been looking at cars (other dealerships) for quite a while. I was tired and anxious for the day to be over. However as soon as we met Eric (our sales person) his energy, and enthusiasm made me want to try another car. He explained that since they are not commission base there is no pressure. He showed the car we were interested in (Ford Focus Titanium). He took his time and answered all questions we had. We went for a test drive, he did not over step his place by talking or trying to sell the car too much. All in all it was a great experience and his manager Ryan was fantastic to deal with too. Jenny made us feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. More
