I had KU as my salesperson, who while new took my interests to heart, and manager Mike was there to help the entire way. I came in on a Friday after supper, and was in my 2014 Ford Explorer XLT by noon on Saturday. We're thrilled with Capitol Ford, and have found our new dealership for life! More

I was almost ready to give up a few times and Trevor kept reassuring me that he would help me find something that I would be proud to drive and that was in my budget. After a couple of visits with this man, I soon realized that his word meant something. He was very understanding and easy to talk to, I almost felt as though I had known him for years. He shared personal experiences and stories with me and talked about his family...he made me feel comfortable almost like I was out with a friend who happened to be able to get me in a new ride. LOL. Feeling Blessed I was locked into a Loan with another dealer, and contacted Capital earlier on this summer, being that I have a busy work schedule. I was not able to go down and talk my circumstances over with them. So last week I had some time went online and applied the next day, Dave called and said He can work something out for me. So I went down and met him, looked a vehicle the next day I was driving... I have tried other dealerships in the past and all of them said, "No-One can get you out of your current financing agreement"... Dave, and the Team at Capital Ford, Proved them wrong!
