Bought a F-150 I had a great experience buying my new truck. Les Ring was able to help me find an awesome truck. I needed to find a new vehicle asap, since my suv st I had a great experience buying my new truck. Les Ring was able to help me find an awesome truck. I needed to find a new vehicle asap, since my suv stopped working. I wasn't sure if it was worth getting the touch nav model with the updated technology or just enough tech specs to get me by. So I went with the one without the touch nav system. However, I still wasn't happy with the basic cloth seating, Les suggested that I could upgrade and get heated leather seats. That was the best advice and it saved me lots of money and I'm thrilled that I didn't need to get the most expensive model. I am pleased with my new truck and how much help Les was, he helped me set up my sync in my truck and showed me lots of other tips on how to use the new features. There was nothing else that I had to worry about since Les made sure I had all the extras... got the best tires, trucksedo cover, sprayed in bed Liner, car starter and the leather seats. Christina in finance was also very helpful and friendly and made my first truck buying experience great. Overall I had a great experience, I always enjoy the service from Capital, and I will only get all my vehicles from Les Ring for this reason. More

Initially good, ended poorly Initially the first contact was fantastic, very friendly with great customer service skills from everyone I met at Capital Ford Lincoln. Being a pre- Initially the first contact was fantastic, very friendly with great customer service skills from everyone I met at Capital Ford Lincoln. Being a pre-owned car that I was purchasing, I was told of all the work they had done on the car in house, which impressed me, and gave me the confidence that I was looking for in a pre-owned car. I had only just moved here from England, so was looking for my first car, so needed a reliable car whilst I adapt to the culture here. 1 week after purchase, the car would not start at the worse possible time, when I had important jobs to do. It took a couple of attempts to get any sense out of the dealership when I made contact with them about this. Eventually I was told there was nothing they could do about this. After booking the car into the shop for repair, not before having to pay a hefty tow bill to get the car to the repair shop, I was told the starter needed replacing. This is one of the jobs the dealership said they had done before they sold it to me, they clearly had not touched it. Having just moved to the country, I had already spent a lot of my money on purchasing this car, and could not afford this repair bill so early on ($500 plus towing bill). I feel there is a lot more Capital Ford Lincoln could have done to help me with this, and was extremely disappointed with the after sales treatment I received. Unfortunately, I wont be recommending this dealership to anyone, or shopping there for vehicles in the future. Val was fantastic, and I have no problems with him, it was everything that happened after the sale. More

Excellent service I wasnt looking forward to buying a new veicle, but Cassandra made it as painless as possible. She made sure to have each vehicle I was taking (test drive, loaner), parked right beside the building so I didn't have to go searching for them. The vehicles had also been warmed up prior, so I wasn't getting into a cold car. It's the little things like this that make memorable impressions. I would HIGHLY recommend Cassandra to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
