F-150 I went into the Ford dealership with no intentions of buying a new vehicle; I was just there to look at my options. That was, until I met Jamie Morris I went into the Ford dealership with no intentions of buying a new vehicle; I was just there to look at my options. That was, until I met Jamie Morris. He was amazing to deal with! He was very knowledgeable of Ford; and it's history. I had high expectations and wanted all the options in my truck. Jamie was able to find the PERFECT truck for me! After a month and a half of owning my new F-150; I still feel the same way. I have never loved a vehicle so much in my life. When it came down to it all, Jamie and Jonathan worked with me to get me this truck. I'm the happiest girl in the world and still have a smile on my face from the day I bought this truck. I will only deal with these two in the future as they we were so great to me! Thank you so much for all your help guys! More
Dishonest Service at Capital was great during the test drive phase- ultra low pressure, salesman was friendly (although girls at reception seemed miserable), an Service at Capital was great during the test drive phase- ultra low pressure, salesman was friendly (although girls at reception seemed miserable), and the show room was nice. Problems came about when I was obtaining financing and the finance manager informed me they had quoted the wrong price for the truck. Despite selling me on the options only available to a 2014, they had negotiated and agreed upon the price that was only available to 2013 models. You would have to be ultra naive to think this isn't a regular tactic. Salesman, sales manager, and finance manager were all indifferent and made me pay the (much higher) 2014 price. The service manager sprung the prepaid service plan on me last minute, which i foolishly went for. The manager added up costs which made the service seem like a good deal, but I later discovered the truck didn't even have many of the items he included in the cost (like a cabin air filter). With 2/3 of the prepaid service exhausted I am barely at 40% of the cost of it. Unless the entire truck falls apart twice in the next 20,000 KM, this will have been a complete waste. When the interior started rattling during the first week I took the truck in three times before finally giving up... the manager would assure me the rattles were gone so we would go for a drive and both agree it wasn't fixed. I got sick of the hassle so I just turn up the radio now... I have completed satisfaction surveys with Ford and nothing has become of it... I will definitely spend time finding a more service orientated brand/dealership on my next vehicle. Ford and Capital were indifferent to me as a customer. Overall I am left with the impression that Capital lives up to the sleazy and dishonest car dealer stereotype. I would recommend going to a dealer that is honest right off the bat so as to avoid the feeling of 'being had'. More
