frustrated I purchased a new 2015 f250 and found that the box was out of alignment as well as the drivers rear door, so I told the sales men this and he told me I purchased a new 2015 f250 and found that the box was out of alignment as well as the drivers rear door, so I told the sales men this and he told me when I bring it in for the under coating that they would take care of the issue at that time. I took the truck in to have this stuff done, a day and a half later I get my truck back and everything is done except the box is still out of alignment and their is under coating overspray on the front door jambs as well as the cab corners and in the tail gate jambs of the truck, the truck is white so easily seen. so we know have to bring it back in again to fix the problem, this time I get my truck back with over spray still in the front door jambs, the box still not straight and now their are dents in the side of the box from where they were pushing on it to try and straighten it. Now I am sitting in limbo waiting on a loaner vehicle so I can bring it back in one more time to have it fixed again, I also made it clear that to fix the dents better be a paint less repair as any other way is not acceptable. At this point I am beginning to wonder why I have purchased a new vehicle cause it is now just as much of a pain in the xxx as a used one only the fact with a used one I no where I stand and feel that I never want to buy a new one again or at least with capital ford. I would hope some one of higher management will be in contact with my self as I am very un happy about the whole process of this, In purchasing a new vehicle I had hope the process would have been great but it has not been. and until I am made happy with the out come I will be making sure I never buy another vehicle at capital again, this is my second one from their and I am in the market for a car as well in the near future but it will be with some other dealer unless this is resolved properly. We looked at the inventory and decided a Red 2014 Edge Sport would do the trick. Before I knew it I was driving off the lot in my new SUV. Just 4 weeks later I ended up being rear ended and my new car was written off. I wasn't in the frame of mind to go car shopping, and I was out of town, so I contacted Ryan Smiley and told him I would purchase the Silver version of the same car. The day I got back the boys were on a day off. Ryan and Darren came in on their day off to meet with me and get the paperwork signed so I had wheels again. I sincerely appreciate their service and their help. More
