Amazing employees great job AJ I went over to another ford dealership a while ago looking for a truck for my girlfriends dad and the sales person at Bennett Dunlop said don't trust I went over to another ford dealership a while ago looking for a truck for my girlfriends dad and the sales person at Bennett Dunlop said don't trust Capital ford employees and that they rip off their customers. This is not the case Capital ford was amazing super kind and informative and they don't sugar coat things or beat around the bush. Not once did a Capital ford employee said negative things about Bennett. My sales person went over and beyond for my family as we all bought new vehicles from Capital. If your looking for great service and straight to the point information then go to Capital. We got all of our service done at the used vehicles building but we all got new rides haha. Used car purchase I have avoided purchasing vehicles from car lots in the past because of very uncomfortable experiences early in my car buying years opting instead to I have avoided purchasing vehicles from car lots in the past because of very uncomfortable experiences early in my car buying years opting instead to buy privately. However I went to the Capital dealership they had a vehicle I was interested in and my daughter had said she had a good experience purchasing her latest vehicle from them. The sales team was knowledgeable and courteous, especially Ryan the salesman who helped us. We are very pleased with the experience and our purchase. Jenny was amazing in the finance department. Very easy to deal with, knowledgable and asked all the right questions. She was able to help me out so much with other task such as applying for my warranty credit from my previous vehicle, accepting the ford credit canada payment I needed to make on my previous vehicles loan (it was a total loss) and much more! Things went quick, smooth and I was in my new vehicle before I knew it. The follow up service from Mirnal (my original sale person) was fantastic even acquiring a touch up paint pen due to the stone chips I discovered after taking the truck home. They truly wnet above and beyond to ensure I was very happy with my purchase. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle as this service was top of the line! More
