Went in to buy a Used Ford Edge and left with a New one . I talked to Jeff Longley over the phone regarding a used Ford Edge that was coming in to the dealership on Saturday so left Saskatoon Saturday mornin I talked to Jeff Longley over the phone regarding a used Ford Edge that was coming in to the dealership on Saturday so left Saskatoon Saturday morning to come look at a few i had seen at different dealer and , Jeff called early in the morning called and said the vehicle did not show up but come see him he has lots of used to come see. So after a few xxxxty used Vehicle i looked at between Moose Jaw and Regina i thought i would stop guickly and meet Jeff . After a short conversation he introduced me to Scott Strassburger and he showed me what they had in stock asper used Edges , as conversation continued he said he could get me into a new one for the same kind of money as used so never buying a new Vehicle i was interested, we went for a short ride and that's when Jeff came back on the scene and made me a offer i could not turn down . More

I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and I still feel like I received an excellent deal on the vehicle that I chose. Jenny in finance was quick, professional, organized and so very easy to deal with, just a real pleasure. When I came back to pick it my brand new Escape, Adam was busy with another customer so Payton jumped right in to help me out and VERY patiently explained how a ton of the options worked. Just today I returned to the dealership to have my winter tires installed and the service team was quick and efficient and the shuttle driver got me to work safe and sound. Kudos to the entire Capital team for such fantastic service in every area of the business! More

Everyone seemed very upfront and informed me of any additional information they thought I might need. Adam was great and I never felt pressured or uninformed. Jenny in finance took the time to explain all of the payment details and answered any and all questions I had with patience and detail. The reason it is not a five star review was my initial visit. I was referred by a friend to see Adam (who was busy with another customer at the time), but had I not been, I may not have returned. I looked around for almost 45 min in the lot and went inside but was never offered any help or approached at all. I am glad that I returned but I can't say I would have in another type of circumstance. After that initial visit I never lacked good service but I could see having not returned after being ignored.
