Actually called me by accident looking for someone else, at which point I asked about my vehicle. Two full time working parents can't afford to have their primary vehicle for driving children gone for multiple days - I took time from work for this day already that was wasted. This was told to the staff but didn't seem to matter. Not recommended for anyone trying to manage having a life around their car service appointments. More

Brent was a pleasure to deal with and knew what he was doing. Parts had to be special ordered (tie-rod, right-front axle, rear shocks). When the parts arrived, the car was brought in and the work was finished in less than one day with very reasonable labour costs. I will be telling all my friends. More

Told I am on my own for an urgent repair I purchased a 2015 eco diesel in 2016 from Capital Dodge. This morning I had my driver's side brake caliper seize solid and when I called in to the se I purchased a 2015 eco diesel in 2016 from Capital Dodge. This morning I had my driver's side brake caliper seize solid and when I called in to the service department to try and get some assistance I was told only if I had purchased an extended warranty I would be able to get a tow. I was given a name of a local tow company and told I was basically on my own. If it was possible to give less than one star I would. More
Urgent repair handled quickly and efficiently During the recent cold snap of -25 Celsius on Saturday the check engine light and electronic throttle control warning light came on in my 2018 Ram 150 During the recent cold snap of -25 Celsius on Saturday the check engine light and electronic throttle control warning light came on in my 2018 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. Fortunately I was very close to the dealership and went directly there. Although the repair couldn't be done immediately I was provided with a loaner and the repair was completed by 10:30 Monday morning. My service advisor, Brent, is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Although it's never fun to have your vehicle require urgent service, it couldn't have been handled better. Worst Experience with a Business ever! Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge provided me with the worst experience with a business, and I mean with any business ever, not just a dealership. From start to finish - my experience was a complete nightmare. I brought my Fiat into the dealership for a "peace of mind" service. I specifically told Dana my service advisor SEVERAL times that I did not want my tires to be taken away that I would like them returned to me. They were very expensive. I was very clear about this. Upon my return, Dana informed me that they had taken my tires (without my permission) and disposed of them. They told me I would be charged for this "service". I told Dana I did not want that service and asked several times. Taking something without someone's permission - is stealing. Trying to charge them for your theft is completely outrageous. When I expressed my upset and asked for the tires back, Dana told me that he didn't know where they were and that I was welcome to go into the garage and look for the tires myself. Does this dealership think that it is ... 1) OK to take and dispose of tires from customers car without their permission 2) Take zero responsibility for their lack of organization with requests and services 3) Charge customers for services they did not ask for or want 4) Suggest paying customers to "search" for their property in the companies garage If that wasn't enough - no service was even provided. My check engine light went on within hours of picking up my car from them. I was supposed to drive back to Toronto and I had to then return to this horrible dealership in hopes of having it fixed. They didn't apologize for their mistake. They were NEVER supposed to touch my engine so there was no reason for that light to go on after their "service". They said they filled the windshield wiper fluid - they did not. Once I picked up my car for the second time, I asked to speak to Dana's manager, Kyle. He told me that what I told him did not "sound like Dana" and that he must of been having an "off day". In other words, Kyle suggested that I be sympathetic of Dana's attitude towards me. I asked what he intended to do to rectify the error his company made by taking my tires without my permission, and he said that he intended to do nothing. That I was to pay the fee for the service, and that was that. I've reached out to Kyle via the telephone and left a message. I send the company an email. I am patiently waiting to hear back. It is not a debate - my tires are to be returned to me or I am to be refunded. In terms of the terrible "service", I received - all I can do is never return to this dealership and advise everyone to avoid them. More

After dealing with the warranty work for 3 years now for my dodge, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy service department. Brent is always right there to assist with a smile on his face; its always nice to see employees that actually like their job. And I cannot say enough good things about Ryan in service. He always goes above and beyond to make the process easier! He's able to answer any question I throw at him and will ensure that I am happy before heading out the door. Definitely 5 stars! More
