A very honest, no pressure and informative process. I am very impressed with the changes that have been made since I bought my last vehicle. Mike took the time to tell me all about the vehicle and was very honest with me and I do appreciate his help with it all. Even though it was closing time both Brian and \Mike took the time to finish explaining everything I needed. I am hoping that the service area has been given the same upgrade as I stopped bringing in my vehicle for service as the service people were arrogant and rude. More

The sales perso This is only the second time that I have purchased a new vehicle from a dealer and I must say, it has been the best experience so far. The sales person I dealt with (Jamie Couturier) was very friendly and didn't pressure us in any way. My wife and I were able to walk around the lot to look at many different vehicles showcasing different option levels and we were able to take a couple days to think it over before returning. We didn't receive any phone calls pressuring us to come back in and talk about deals, we were the one's that called to come in to see Jamie to see if we could work something out. We took a test drive in three vehicles with different option levels and then with Jamie's help, were were able to make a deal on the vehicle with more options while keeping within the budget that we had to work with and it was a better deal than an offer we had at a different dealership on a lower priced, less options vehicle. Thank you Jamie for all of your help, we will be back for our next vehicle purchase. More
