We ended up with the truck that suited us the best and we are very pleased with the truck, as well as the sales and service staff who had our truck ready at the time they said it would be. Chris was very quick and responsive to any phone calls or texts that we sent his way. Mike Leblanc was the salesman who we dealt with and we found him to be v We purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in conjunction with trading in our Patriot. Mike Leblanc was the salesman who we dealt with and we found him to be very knowledgeable in outlining all the features of the new Jeep and very flexible in arranging test drives for myself when I initially inquired about the Jeep and for my wife on our return a day or two later. Price was given a "good" rating since the negotiation process was fair on both sides and an excellent would only be given if it was a "steal". During the negotiation we outlined how we wanted the cost of vehicle and cost of trade-in to be communicated and not inter-mixed and Mike was very accommodating and up front stating his constraints. Overall the negotiation was a pleasant experience which I can't say for all car purchases in the past. On the side of warranty and car protection we dealt with Mike Skaff. This was a very good experience since Mike was clear on presenting the pros and cons of the different packages while taking into account that we were returning customers. Finally one word for about Brian Karnis in parts. He provided excellent service on the additional items that we wanted in a clear and concise quote that met our needs. Unfortunately we had to come back an extra trip to get a hitch package installed since the initial package had incorrect parts in the box which was no fault to anyone in the dealership however Brian assured that the second tow package had the correct parts prior to our second return. New purchase I recently was looking to purchase a new truck. In the past I had great experience buying my dodge charger here. My sales person was very helpful howe I recently was looking to purchase a new truck. In the past I had great experience buying my dodge charger here. My sales person was very helpful however the sales manager was another story. I did not like the high pressure sales tactic that was used. My questions were not answered and did not feel like a valued customer. I bought my new 2012 dodge ram 1500 from a competitor dealership (not even a dodge dealership)and absolutely loved the new car experience I was treated with. Capital Dodge will have to work to get my confidence back if they wish to get my respect back and service my vehicle.
