My sales man was Juan Munoz, who was very friendly. When I told him about the truck I was interested in and discovered it was sold the previous day, he offered right away to do a search for a similar truck from other dealer’s inventory. Throughout the whole time he kept telling me that it’s up to me what I want to do. When the search came up empty (within a 1000Km radius) he offered right away to go through their inventory, to see if I could find a truck I liked. I went on two test drives, one in a slt and the other in a sport. I liked the first truck but it was missing most of the options I wanted. FYI I have been dreaming of a ram for four years and know all the options that I wanted. The second one was a 2014 ram 1500 sport crew cab deep cherry red, on the test drive we were at a red light and a guy beside us in his truck rolled down his window and checked out the truck. I knew then that it was for me. Being a younger guy buying my first newer car, I did not feel pressed at all. Definitely recommending Capital dodge to all my friends and family More

I keep coming back to Capital Dodge because of my earlier experience with the service department. When I had a class 2 hitch put onto my 2004 Intrepid, I was so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. You can hardly see it sticking out the back of the car. When I brought the car in for heating problems and spoke to Ryan, he seemed to have an idea that it might be the water pump from my descriptions. He called me a couple of hours later and confirmed the problem with the water pump. He did not pressure me into any quick decisions as I wanted to think it over. I finally called him back and told him that I did not want to put any more money into a car that is 11 years old. When I went to pick the car up he recommend a sales person that would be able to help me with any questions I might have if I decide to come to Capital Dodge. Ryan introduced me to Geoff Anderson and I told him that I might be interested in the Jeep Cherokee because of the need for a vehicle to pull a small cargo trailer which is used to haul large scale R/C model airplanes. I have had the Jeep for only a couple of days and absolutely love it. I am really looking forward to this summer pulling my cargo trailer with my new Jeep to R/C events across Ottawa area and some events in Southwestern Ontario. I highly recommend Capital Dodge and two extremely knowledgeable and friendly employees, Ryan Rodney and Geoff Anderson. Please go and look these 2 guys up for a good quality and friendly experience. My new Brakes on my Dodge Journey Last week was a difficult time for me, my brakes were making squeaky sounds when stopping and Ottawa was under a freezing warning after beating anoth Last week was a difficult time for me, my brakes were making squeaky sounds when stopping and Ottawa was under a freezing warning after beating another coldest records. On the Wednesday 11 of February, an important evening meeting was taking place in Montréal which I had to make or break. Before I make my last option to cancel, I bravely call the service department at Capital Dodge to book an appointment. My Irish Luck was with me, the service had an opening for 2:00 PM. At my arrival, Ryan Rodney who was at the service desk put me immediately at ease with my vehicle's problem. He was very understanding of the situation. After we had an inspection and a report, he decided without hesitation what was the best way they could do to fix my brakes by replacing the necessary parts and letting me know that they could get the Job done and ready before supper. I was absolutely amazed to have my vehicle ready sooner than planned and to realize that the cost was below estimate. At the end, I was able to make my business trip and save the day. Actually, it was Capital Dodge who save the day !!! Now, I will never feel difficult to stop again if any more problems arise on my Dodge Journey. From now on I will recommend Capital Dodge to my friends and colleagues or at least to suggest them to be booking an appointment for a oil change and see for themselves. More

I took what he said with a grain of salt and bought my Fiat. The service at Capital Dodge is excellent. By happenstance, I usually have Ryan Rodney as my service adviser. He remembers my name and past issues with my car without having to type in my licence plate first or bring up a work order. He is always friendly and helpful. Ryan goes out of his way to make suggestions to maximize the repairs while saving me money if possible. I am very happy whenever I pull into the service bay and see Ryan. I hope he stays with Capital Dodge because he takes very good care of me and my car, which is my pride and joy. I would recommend Ryan and Capital Dodge Service to any of my friends. More
What an excellent experience! I needed to stop in somewhere and have my windshield wipers looked at ;because they no longer worked and falling off. I thought of going to a GM deal I needed to stop in somewhere and have my windshield wipers looked at ;because they no longer worked and falling off. I thought of going to a GM dealership close to where I lived but remembered I usually have trouble there - you know -- parts etc. So I decided to travel several km to Capital Dodge and have have my 2012 Grand Caravan serviced there. When I arrived at the service door, after a short wait, I was waived in by a service person and greeted with a smile and was asked what he could do for me. I showed him my wiper situation and he asked me if I would like to head to the parts counter and purchase two wipers for my 2012 van and he would install the for me. I went to the parts counter. While I was waiting to purchase the wipers, the service guy came up to the parts counter and picked up the wipers and said while I was waiting to complete the transaction he would get a head start on installing them. Wow... I have not experienced service like this in a very long time. When I arrived back at my van the blades were installed and he was removing the snow and ice from my vehicle -- unbelievable! Furthermore, he asked me if I needed some windshield washer fluid. I told him I has a bottle in the van. He asked me to get it and he proceed to fill up my washer fluid. Oh my... It's a long story to explain my stress level yesterday, but suffice to say that his service guy provided me an amazing service that meant so much to me at this time. i offered him a tip but he refused and was just happy to do this for his customer. A heartfelt thanks to Ryan Rodney, Assistant Service Manager.. Thanks again to Ryan Rodney and Capital Dodge -- I will definitely bring all my service here from now on. . Roland Durocher More

She took the time to demo all the features of the car when we went out for a testdrive, and then again when we received our new car. Overall, Adreanne made our car buying experience very pleasant. As for the rest of the dealership, it's all very nice and professional. I did not feel pressured, I actually walked away and did some comparison shopping before returning to capital dodge. They even sent their shuttle service to pick me up when I was ready to make an offer. The only thing I will say is that the Online Chat Representative from their website did provide me with some misleading information, which the dealership then cleared up. I asked if they did leasing and they said yes, when in reality Fiat does not do any leasing. The dealership will submit a leasing application to a third party leasing company on your behalf, but the interest rates are very high so they really only recommend financing. So if you are getting some information from their chat service, I recommend checking in with the dealership. Aside from that little hiccup, we have had a great experience overall and this is the third vehicle we buy from them. I would recommend Adreanne to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Most recently had my jeep looked at by another dealership, as it failed me in that neighbourhood, only to find them giving me a quote for something I felt should be a warranty concern. I immediately called Capital dodge and spoke with Ryan. He agreed that something wasn't quite right and insisted i come to visit him for a second opinion. Lo.g story short, Ryan found the repair to be under my warranty and also recommended maintnance to avoid this or similar from happening again.
