He asked how my day was and told me my vehicle was ready for me.and immediately retrieved my paperwork. I asked him several questions about the job as I always do and he answered them in a clear and concise manner and all to my satisfaction. I payed my bill and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. All they care about is getting that signature, even if you're in tears in the office being told that you need to sign, you've already verbally agreed. It's sickening really. Go elsewhere to buy a vehicle, they may care a little bit more about the customers they are selling to. More
