When I came in with my husband f I have always wanted a Fiat 500, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Andreanne. When I came in with my husband for a quick look and drool at the new Fiat lineup, I had no idea I was going to be walking out the proud owner of a brand new 500c. There was absolutely no pressure from Andreanne at all, just patient listening and understanding. She was extremely knowledgable and friendly, always ready to answer any questions we had. I'm sure my desire to buy the car was apparent, but at no time did Andreanne try to take advantage of my excitement. This has been, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I adore my car, it makes me happy every single day, and I was lucky to purchase from an amazing team. Thanks Capital!! More

Worst place to shop for a vehicule We where lied to, by the sale person, and the by the management. This place sell by pressure and with lies. They treated my father badly, would not give him a photocopy of a document. When I ask for a pen I was deneied one by the sale person, management was beside the sale person, and did nothing! Will never return unless I want to be lied to and treated like a crook. Buy at a other Dodge dealer, like I did and save your hard earned dollars. More

Extremely Knowledgeable & Friendly Service I dealt with Nick Hall and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I had a differential cable come loose and I pulled in and they assesse I dealt with Nick Hall and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I'm in Greely so Kanata is a bit far to go back but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the West End. I will definitely go back if I am in that end of town. More
