His level of organization, knowledge, service and support was extremely high. I have never experienced an service individual that was as professional as Ted. When I'm explaining the reasons for my visit, Nick gives me all of his attention. He isn't distracted by other business, asks intelligent questions to figure out how to best approach the issues, and informs me of exactly what the next steps will be and what to expect. The service technicians have always put down floor mats and seat covers and it has always been ready on time with the work completed as expected.
