Brian Badelt is a great no-pressure salesman and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had shopped other dealers in the Ottawa area and found that Capital Dodge was the most professional and had the best pricing and vehicle selection. I love this truck and look forward to keeping it for a long time and will definitely be recommending Capital Dodge to my friends and family. More

Great back end I recently bought a a new Grand Cherokee from this dealership. At first I was ecstatic with this dealership and the staff. What I found out after the I recently bought a a new Grand Cherokee from this dealership. At first I was ecstatic with this dealership and the staff. What I found out after the fact was that what they say to to make the sale and what you get might not be exactly the same. My vehicle was Navigation Ready so as part of my purchase i negotiated for them to add the add the Nav app with the latest map update. All was good until picked up my vehicle which was loaded with 3 year old maps (2012). When i brought this to their attention, the salesman outright said he didn't recall any such deal and the sales manager basically said too bad, that is an "add on" and they wouldn't include that in a sales deal without specifically charging me for it. [now keep in mind that this is only $150 for the update on a $60K vehicle]. So as for the front end of the store (sales), i felt a bit betrayed after they essentially said I was lying about what was supposed to be included. Over such a small about, this dealership is quite happy to have an unhappy customer. I will not purchase from this dealer again. All is not bad here, the service department is outstanding and will go out of their way to make sure you are completely happy. If you have the pleasure of having Nick as your service advisor, he is outstanding. More

Service visit for van maintenance Nick Hall took care of us pleasantly and efficiently. He made sure we understood everything on the bill when we returned to pick up the van. We appreciated the good service from him and from Neil McCall who dropped us off at home and picked us up when the van was ready. We are however still waiting to hear from Capital Dodge regarding Safety Recall R03 (wireless ignition node module) replacement. Seems a pretty serious issue and we have received the recall service authorization from Chrysler. So, what's the hold up? Surely a possible problem that can stop your car in the midst of driving on the Queensway at 100 km/hr is a priority fix. More

Dog Hair included with Used Vehicle Purchase!!! Is it too much to ask to have your new purchase cleaned and vacuumed? What about finding dog hairs behind the seats, candy wrappers, receipts, a penc Is it too much to ask to have your new purchase cleaned and vacuumed? What about finding dog hairs behind the seats, candy wrappers, receipts, a pencil and even loose change when you pick up your new purchase. Just recently picked up a used 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn on June 30th, 2015. Wife and I were extremely excited to ride home in our new wheels. There was NO 'New Car Smell" in the truck. There was dust and smear marks on the dash. There were areas in the exterior that was not cleaned. All the information from the previous owner was still in the system, like phone numbers, favourite places to eat and all the places that they have travelled. Plus there was a pull to the right that was not corrected. So we are both EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED! Vehicle was returned a week later to Capital Dodge for a morning appointment. A day and a half later and the vehicle was ready for pickup. Still the truck was not properly detailed/cleaned! Dog hairs are still under the seat, dash smears are still there and no new car smell! Plus the truck still pulls to the right. Still DISSAPPOINTED! Greg More
