After walking around the car lot for 15 minutes and passing various sales staff along the way not one of them offered any assistance or even bothered to say hello. We then went inside to seek if someone in there could help us. Approximately 10 sales staff at their desks playing some playing on cell phones some just sat there looking at us. I finally approached someone and asked if anyone could help us with information on a car. This in itself is reason in itself for us to look elsewhere. From the beginning I dealt with Shannon Duncan, who throughout was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was never any pressure. During the actual purchasing portion I also dealt with Scott Hamilton who was also no pressure, no hassle. Mike Skaff made the administrative portion simple and straight forward. Finally, I set up the first oil change and had some questions about the vehicle and dealt with Brent and Ryan in service. Both were knowledgeable and courteous.
