Excellent Experience Recently, the A/C on my 2013 Caravan died. Normally this would be a warranty issue but we were over the 60 000km so I assumed I was out of luck. Exp Recently, the A/C on my 2013 Caravan died. Normally this would be a warranty issue but we were over the 60 000km so I assumed I was out of luck. Expecting a huge repair bill I contacted Capital Dodge with the hopes that there might be some way to reduce the cost of the repair. I brought the van in to Capital Dodge and after diagnosing the problem, Assistant Service Manager Ryan Rodney called me to inform me he had arranged for the part to be covered by Dodge as a good will offer and, add to that the labour costs would be reduced! What was a $1600 repair came all the way down to under $250! I can't thank Capital Dodge enough, and Ryan Rodney in particular for helping me out! I was very, very impressed with the professional service and the willingness to go beyond the call of duty! Certainly made my day! Jason Lyons More

Recently I had to bring in my new Fiat for some odd buzzing sounds coming from the dash. I dealt with Nick in the service department and he was very helpful and took time to listen to me and the description of the problem I was having. He also went out of his way to answer several unrelated questions I had about winter tires and rust proofing. Very approachable and always in a good mood, which can be a rarity today. He ensured that he would have his best tech put on the job, and he was always updating us with the status of the vehicle. There is also a rental car company right in the dealership that had good rates so we weren't left stranded. We got what we wanted,for the price we wanted,and to top it off, they prepped the new van so that we could take it with us that afternoon.
