Finally FIAT is recognized throughout the dealership!!! So I have owned a FIAT Abarth since 2013. Andrianne in Sales is awesome and has always being there to help me. However, it has taken some time for the rest of the dealership to become Fiat Friendly. This is especially true in most Fiat Chrysler dealerships. For example, my wife wanted to purchase me two Abarth Scorpion Coffee mugs and went to a dealer in Quebec (Hull) where she works only to be told by the Parts department of a FIAT dealership that they do not order Fiat stuff like mugs. So last week I called the Parts at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Fiat should be in this name!!!) and asked for these two mugs. The parts department went on the computer and then sent me an e-mail with a picture to confirm that these were what I wanted. I said yes and two days later they called and they were ready for pick up. Amazing!! :) I would like to congratulate Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge for finally incorporating the Fiat brand with their long time Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler brands. I understand that it was a difficult transition but I am very pleased that they have succeeded! It seems like my baby finally has a dealership home to visit :) More
SAFETY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS Where do we begin. .bought a 2012 Longhorn Dodge Ram at the end of July not cheap either over $30.000 plus and extended warranty.. our first truck and Where do we begin. .bought a 2012 Longhorn Dodge Ram at the end of July not cheap either over $30.000 plus and extended warranty.. our first truck and have been disappointed since..From the first time we picked it up from detailing which was horrible had to bring it in 3 times to get it cleaned and still they could not get it right.I had to pay a detailer to clean it. Had headlight issues brought it in 3 times and finally it was fixed. .and yes they did give us an oil change for free. But here is the new issue told service we had a slow leak in the tire and nothing was done. Finally took the tire off to find the sidewall had been plugged YES the inner sidewall. May I say it passed the safety at your dealer this way. But Kyle oh we could have done that or It was overlooked during the safety..ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHAT ELSE DID YOU OVER LOOK?? And are you telling me we had this done?? And by the way it's illegal to plug a side wall on a tire according to the MTO who I spoke with. I asked for the tire to be replaced but I have to pay for the second tire as you can't just replace the one. Why should I have to pay any money as customer service and safety you should look after this. Do you think I can trust my truck in the hands of your service department?? I think not! And for a dealership to not offer a free set is very wrong I did not ask for 4 tires... I will be taking my truck to have it looked at to ensure your lack of safety service has not over looked anything else since we've only had it for 7 months. The owner of this dealership needs to fix this by the looks of it we are not the only unhappy customers. Please have your vehicle safety done somewhere else before you purchase anything from this dealer as they may have over looked other issues or they may blame it on the you. More

She knew I was coming and had the car washed and ready for me out front for my test drive; (whereas the other dealership in the same auto park gave me a very dirty car to test drive - which was very dangerous considering it was a particularly sunny day, and the level of the sun in the sky - with no windshield wiper fluid!). Extremely knowledgeable, she took the time and explained all the features to me so well, that I wasn’t scared and felt totally comfortable driving it. She even gave a heads up about my first time buying to Robert Martin in the finance office. They both were amazingly patient and kind. I was so nervous, I almost forgot my papers, but Robert saved the day by putting everything in a folder just for me! He also called my insurance company for me to get my temporary insurance slip, since my broker had not given it to me in time. Would your dealership do that? On delivery day when I picked up my car, Shannon had already preprogramed my car for me with the auto-start, heating and Bluetooth etc. To my surprise, she even put a big red bow on it! What a wonderful experience I had with her. I cannot comment on the other staff or the dealership itself, but I would recommend Shannon to everyone. She is simply the best!!!, and I cannot say enough about her! :) More
Experience in buying a new vehicle "Amazing experience for me". After searching on line for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, I drove 5 hours from Temagami to met Andreanne to buy a used 2014 "Amazing experience for me". After searching on line for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, I drove 5 hours from Temagami to met Andreanne to buy a used 2014 model. Arrived at 8 pm on a Wednesday and Andreanne was waiting for me. I did not like the used ones as they did not have the options I wanted. There was a brand new one of course which did not meet my price range. Andreanne asked me to come back the next day where she corralled her boss and the Dodge Rep. who happened to be running a special sale. Honest truth is that I had found another deal somewhere else but at the end I decided to buy from Capital Dodge because of Andreanne's superior customer service qualities. From the time I started working with my sales associate (Tanner Foster) all the way until I left the lot, everything was wonderful and stress free. Tanner was so incredibly nice. He never rushed me, he did everything he could to find the best car at the best price that fits my budget. I am usually intimidated when walking into a dealership, but Tanner greeted me right away with a friendly hello and guided me without pressure to a vehicle that is perfect! I never felt rushed or that I was asking silly questions. For a woman who is new to buying cars, this was a pleasant surprise as other dealerships have made me feel awkward in the past. Thank you Tanner for helping me find the perfect car and being such a patient and helpful employee! The lot is big, clean, and welcoming. Gayle at the front desk was also a pleasure. Off the bat I was impressed he noticed my spouse and I had driven from all the way in from Petawawa on a Saturday morning (no closer Fiat dealer) and asked how our drive had been, sometimes it's the little things. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know a great deal about the common 2012 Fiat issues and servicing they require. He was very friendly and easy to deal with, it felt like he was really there to help me and cared about the experience I had. No one likes having to bring their car in for service but Nick made it a much more enjoyable experience. More

I've always dealt with Ryan Rodney (Service Adviser) and Kyle McColl (Service Manager). Whenever I have issues with my vehicle's they always take the time to listen and make me feel at ease. When I leave my vehicle's with them I know That my car is in good hands. They address and Resolve any issue's that I may have. The service I get from both Kyle and Ryan is above and beyond what would normally be expected. And as such I would strongly recommend this dealership. More
