Without a doubt the most friendly , professional service from start to finish. I cannot express how pleased I was. We even had to contact my previous dealership in NB to find out about a previous repair, which in the end was warrenteed. Wendy, Nick and Ryan were excellant!! Best service at a dealership I have ever had. I will make the drive to Kanata every time passing the other 2 dealerships closer to me. Thank you Capital City Dodge! More

I have always hated buying cars, the back and forth rituals imposed by dealership processes are a profound irritant and a waste of my time. I once bought a Saturn just to avoid all this (not my most exciting purchase...). However, my experience this time was entirely different and I credit Andreanne Budd my salesperson for it. It is unlikely I would have bought the car at this dealership if it wasn't for her. I appreciated that she paid attention, and quickly and smartly highlighted the differences between the options I was considering. She then made the process as quick and painless as I have seen in many years, and many cars. The car pick-up was fun, no nonsense and I appreciated the quick introduction to the friendly service folks. More

He arranged a trade-in, which included picking up a vehicle I had lost all sense of confidence in. He offered me multiple options within my budget, always thinking of my preferences and needs. Andy was incredibly professional, sympathetic to my extreme time constraint (we were working together from two different cities), and stayed in constant communication, knowing that I was very upset about the events with my last car. On the day of pickup, my previously owned car looked and felt brand new! Ultimately, I ended up with a beautiful, safe car (in my preferred colour even), renewed driving confidence and the peace of mind that Andy (and Capital Dodge) are there should I run into any issues with my purchase. From the first viewing and test drive of the 500X, both my wife and I had a very pleasant experience visiting the dealership and being taken care of by Fiat sales expert Andreanne Budd. Andreanne was very well versed in all aspects of the car and was able to answer all my crazy little questions about it. With the 500X being the car we wanted, we proceeded through a pleasant and successful sales experience and, voila; we are the proud owners of a brand new FIAT 500X! Andreanne had guided us through a very nice purchase of a very nice car. Everyone we were introduced to at the dealership made us feel that were, indeed, in very good hands after this purchase. My wife again mentioned the great personal service; something that is not found anymore! I even caught a glimpse of Jim Durrell! The whole experience was perfect! Finally FIAT is recognized throughout the dealership!!! So I have owned a FIAT Abarth since 2013. Andrianne in Sales is awesome and has always being there to help me. However, it has taken some time for the rest of the dealership to become Fiat Friendly. This is especially true in most Fiat Chrysler dealerships. For example, my wife wanted to purchase me two Abarth Scorpion Coffee mugs and went to a dealer in Quebec (Hull) where she works only to be told by the Parts department of a FIAT dealership that they do not order Fiat stuff like mugs. So last week I called the Parts at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Fiat should be in this name!!!) and asked for these two mugs. The parts department went on the computer and then sent me an e-mail with a picture to confirm that these were what I wanted. I said yes and two days later they called and they were ready for pick up. Amazing!! :) I would like to congratulate Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge for finally incorporating the Fiat brand with their long time Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler brands. I understand that it was a difficult transition but I am very pleased that they have succeeded! It seems like my baby finally has a dealership home to visit :) More
SAFETY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS Where do we begin. .bought a 2012 Longhorn Dodge Ram at the end of July not cheap either over $30.000 plus and extended warranty.. our first truck and Where do we begin. .bought a 2012 Longhorn Dodge Ram at the end of July not cheap either over $30.000 plus and extended warranty.. our first truck and have been disappointed since..From the first time we picked it up from detailing which was horrible had to bring it in 3 times to get it cleaned and still they could not get it right.I had to pay a detailer to clean it. Had headlight issues brought it in 3 times and finally it was fixed. .and yes they did give us an oil change for free. But here is the new issue told service we had a slow leak in the tire and nothing was done. Finally took the tire off to find the sidewall had been plugged YES the inner sidewall. May I say it passed the safety at your dealer this way. But Kyle oh we could have done that or It was overlooked during the safety..ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHAT ELSE DID YOU OVER LOOK?? And are you telling me we had this done?? And by the way it's illegal to plug a side wall on a tire according to the MTO who I spoke with. I asked for the tire to be replaced but I have to pay for the second tire as you can't just replace the one. Why should I have to pay any money as customer service and safety you should look after this. Do you think I can trust my truck in the hands of your service department?? I think not! And for a dealership to not offer a free set is very wrong I did not ask for 4 tires... I will be taking my truck to have it looked at to ensure your lack of safety service has not over looked anything else since we've only had it for 7 months. The owner of this dealership needs to fix this by the looks of it we are not the only unhappy customers. Please have your vehicle safety done somewhere else before you purchase anything from this dealer as they may have over looked other issues or they may blame it on the you. More

She knew I was coming and had the car washed and ready for me out front for my test drive; (whereas the other dealership in the same auto park gave me a very dirty car to test drive - which was very dangerous considering it was a particularly sunny day, and the level of the sun in the sky - with no windshield wiper fluid!). Extremely knowledgeable, she took the time and explained all the features to me so well, that I wasn’t scared and felt totally comfortable driving it. She even gave a heads up about my first time buying to Robert Martin in the finance office. They both were amazingly patient and kind. I was so nervous, I almost forgot my papers, but Robert saved the day by putting everything in a folder just for me! He also called my insurance company for me to get my temporary insurance slip, since my broker had not given it to me in time. Would your dealership do that? On delivery day when I picked up my car, Shannon had already preprogramed my car for me with the auto-start, heating and Bluetooth etc. To my surprise, she even put a big red bow on it! What a wonderful experience I had with her. I cannot comment on the other staff or the dealership itself, but I would recommend Shannon to everyone. She is simply the best!!!, and I cannot say enough about her! :) More

After searching on line for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, I drove 5 hours from Temagami to met Andreanne to buy a used 2014 "Amazing experience for me". After searching on line for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, I drove 5 hours from Temagami to met Andreanne to buy a used 2014 model. Arrived at 8 pm on a Wednesday and Andreanne was waiting for me. I did not like the used ones as they did not have the options I wanted. There was a brand new one of course which did not meet my price range. Andreanne asked me to come back the next day where she corralled her boss and the Dodge Rep. who happened to be running a special sale. Honest truth is that I had found another deal somewhere else but at the end I decided to buy from Capital Dodge because of Andreanne's superior customer service qualities. Later on, I learned from the Customer service department that Andreanne was known amongst the staff as "the one who always went the extra mile." Thank you Andreanne. George Leger, Temagami ON. More
