Today I had a 7am appointment. Brent took all the information from me, and had me authorized $100 + tax for the repair. When we next spoke just before noon, they had identified many individual items, running $350 in parts so far and the labor to install, cajole, etc., and there's more to fix in a week or two when more parts come in. She showed me a 2017 journey and gave me a price that was hard to refuse. She talked me through the excitement, stress, buyers remorse and got me even more excited. She genuinely listened to my concerns and explained everything until I was comfortable. This was my first Big purchase and she made it as smooth as possible. Have already recommended her to friends. Will never refer nor purchase from that dealer ship. More
