At one point she brought over another salesman, presumably because he thought she needed a hand. Willingness to help is greatly appreciated I bought a brand new Trailhawk in Aug 2017 and over the next 26 days, my device would spend 17 of those days in the shop across 6 separate trips with I bought a brand new Trailhawk in Aug 2017 and over the next 26 days, my device would spend 17 of those days in the shop across 6 separate trips with 4 different issues. The main issue related to the passenger heat turning to MAX at start. This is obviously a frustrating experience to spend that much time with a brand new vehicle and dealing with the shuttle to get into/from work, but the team I worked with were very helpful. They continued to troubleshoot the issue and keep digging for a solution and even kept the vehicle for 2,3 and 4 days after the fix to test for repeat issues. Ultimately, Chrysler Canada was looped in and the service team started working with them to do additional troubleshooting. Near the end, Chrysler said they had nothing left to do and suggested that I just wait until they do a software update sometime in the near future. This is where Kyle got involved as I was unwilling to accept that as resolution. Kyle was friendly, understanding and helpful. I appreciate that he listened very well as I had made several suggestions for possible troubleshooting, which he ultimately proposed to Chrysler Canada and they accepted and authorized them to be done. Incidentally, one of the fixes I proposed which was originally expressed to be impossible - resolved the issue in the end. I now have my brand new vehicle back and all 4 original issues were corrected. Also, I wanted to thank Darrin(?) - the tech who worked on my vehicle extensively. He put in more time than he needed to on this and looked for solutions to the problem that I suspect someone without his experience would have been able to. Thank you everyone! More

I knew what I wanted but the truck I picked online wasn't right - I told Chris everything I was looking for and he found it in a few short min's. After emailing back and forth a hundred times with many questions (thanks for your continued patience) I test drove the truck and decided to purchase. He introduced me to the money person (Tony) who has a knack and good understanding of how to make your wallet open a bit more as he fully explained the lifetime rustproofing warranty (this has to be the best thing Dodge has done in many years) which I eagerly bought. The entire process was painless thanks to Chris and Tony. Fully recommended !!! More
Poor Attitude I have been screwed around by this dealer on multiple occasions. I asked to be taken off their email and spam list on four different occasions and was still receiving mailouts. The last straw was when they asked me for an email address so that they could tell me of any recalls on my Town and Country. I said that I do not want to be put on any email lists and they assured me that it was only going to be used for recalls. I reluctantly gave it to them and lo and behold, three weeks later the first of many spam emails arrived from Chrysler telling me about the latest deals. So much for an opt-out option. I booked a test drive for a 2017 Pacifica last year and had it arranged for a couple of weeks. Turn up on the day and they tell me it is booked already at another dealership. I live over an hours drive away from this dealer. I thought I would give them one more shot about three weeks ago when I enquired about the 2018 Pacifica. Went in to the dealership and was referred to a salesman next to reception. He couldn't take his eyes off his iPad and while still sitting down and looking at the screen wanted to know what Pacifica I wanted to look at. Couldn't even get off his xxx to greet a cash buyer. I have found this dealership to be disrespectful and arrogant to their clients and customers and I do not recommend to anyone. I would avoid like the plague. More

Over the year we looked at many vehicles and did test driving etc..etc..etc...Narrowed it down to 3 vehicles!!! Shannon was our Specialist!! Treating us to a quality in sales we have not seen in a long time. Attention to words, detail and of course our price range, we brought home a beautiful Jeep Cherokee North.
