Wouldn't tell anybody to shop here My son bought a 2013 Dodge Dart ,his first car from a dealer. Capital Dodge charges $999 Admin ,$55 for gas in a 50 ltr gas tank and on top up that $ My son bought a 2013 Dodge Dart ,his first car from a dealer. Capital Dodge charges $999 Admin ,$55 for gas in a 50 ltr gas tank and on top up that $90 dollar fee to register a lone. And to top it off we were told that he had to by a $1485 extended warranty or the finance rate would be 12% instead of 6.4% which is a total lie .When question about the warranty and the fuel cost Kent the finance "guru" got short and defensive and proceeded to tell us how hes been doing this for 25 yrs and adding the warranty to get better fiance rate is normal,then threatens to cancel the deal lol..... I guess it is that teenagers that dont know any better easy targets! . Finally after all that they sent him home with one key because "thats all they got " and a detailing job that doesn't include the engine compartment apparently. I sent an email to them with pictures and my concerns which even included the owner expecting at least an acknowledgement but nothing. Have a great Day GH More

Amazingly Friendly From the moment I step onto the lot, Shannon was there to offer help. I gave a list of what I wanted and she helped me get everything. It was very easy to have a conversation with Shannon, she is extremely friendly. She explained everything, and gave us her person number to text, always making sure we were kept in the loop. We could not have asked for a better sale representative, I will say again how please I was with this experience. My partner and I wanted something to travel with, the vehicle we picked is amazing, the ride is smooth as well has all the bells and whistles we were asking for. This is the second time I have bought a car from a lot, but the first time to leave feeling not cheated or nervous. I felt calm and happy leaving with a vehicle I knew would last me adding it's perfect for what I need and would not be possible without Shannon. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car, or even a new driver looking, to go see Shannon, her attitude can not be compaired, she was so nice and knowledgeable. Even days after we bought the car, she is still texting to check up on us and the vehicle every now and then. Makes me feel like she cares. I would like to add that everyone who helped us that day was amazing and friendly. Out of all the car lots we went to, Capital Dogde is by far the most friendly and real. More

Service department destroyed my brand new truck! Do not allow this service department to install aftermarket accessories on your vehicle!!!!! Not only did they install the components incorrectly but Do not allow this service department to install aftermarket accessories on your vehicle!!!!! Not only did they install the components incorrectly but they will not fix it now that I have determined the extent of the damage and I have to take them to court. More

Andreanne is the BEST! my SECOND purchase thru her !! Just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara thru Andreanne Budd, this is my SWECOND vehicle purchase thru her in 3 years, and BOTH were super! She is VERY personable, NOT pushy, asks all the right questions, is aware of your needs, and LISTENS to what the customer wants! she truly CARES that she is getting you into the RIGHT vehicle! Ken Murdoch in the Loans Dept is great as well! Very helpful and FUNNY! Makes the purchase easy , quick and painless ( until you have to pay the bank LOL) I have dealt with him a lot, and so has my family ( my daughter JUST bought a jeep as well, and my Son InLaw just bought another dodge truck)...that 6 vehicles at Capital Dodge in 4 years for this family...they are both very pleased with him. Old School Tactics I have always had good service and parts dealings from this dealership.The sales portion of the deal was fantastic with Jaime but when it came down to I have always had good service and parts dealings from this dealership.The sales portion of the deal was fantastic with Jaime but when it came down to the dealings with the sales manager thats when the sale fell apart. It was old school shell game,fudging numbers,scribbling tactics to try to get me to buy the vehicle. As soon as I saw this my wallet shut down and I moved on the next day to different dealership where the buying process was way more comfortable. No names mentioned about sales manager but if you are making a deal and have the same person play all those old school tactics with you , you will know who I'm talking about. More

Crossmember replacement, front and rear, well done and fast Brent was very helpful. He made sure I had all the information, even showed me a replacement part to explain what would be done. I took the car in Mon Brent was very helpful. He made sure I had all the information, even showed me a replacement part to explain what would be done. I took the car in Monday afternoon and picked up the Jeep the next day. Both crossmember parts were replaced and the car was aligned perfectly. In and out in 24hrs. Very good since I live in the country and it is difficult to be without a car. Thanks to Brent and mechanics at Capital Dodge Chrysler Jeep on Palladium Drive, Kanata. More

Excellent Service Department I unfortunately bought my 2015 Jeep from another dealer and had problems with it right away. They could not fix the problem properly so I took it to a I unfortunately bought my 2015 Jeep from another dealer and had problems with it right away. They could not fix the problem properly so I took it to another dealer and they did not either. While at both dealer ships I encounter several other minor service issues and started to think that my service expectations must be in unreasonable. I decided to try Capital Dodge even though they are located an hour from my home, I was immediately impressed with the service and with a couple of visits my problem is fixed. Old time customer service with a nice comfortable atmosphere, well done. More
