The service department has been courteous. I did bring the vehicle in for an item that unfortunately was not fully repaired. Booked my tire change as I store them at the site- 2. 5 weeks I. Advance, they called to confirm with me and after leaving my car for 2 hours I was told they did not pull the tires- and can not do the wor 5 weeks I.
