Long Wait in Service scheduled for oil change and check engine light for 10:15 a.m. on a Saturday ... My car didn't get on hoist until 11:30... wasn't out of service until scheduled for oil change and check engine light for 10:15 a.m. on a Saturday ... My car didn't get on hoist until 11:30... wasn't out of service until 12:30 (at which time I had an appointment in Manotick).... engine light indicated I need oil pressure sensor (part on order) it's been over a week and no call from dealership to say whether part is in or not.... as for the service.... if they are being delayed, they should tell us they are behind and maybe offer us a loaner (since it's not our fault they're behind).... a previous visit was just as bad.... were way behind, but didn't notify customers More

My sales person at Capital Dodge was Sean Lee and he was very straight forward, listened to what I wanted and the price I would pay for it (there was none of the traditional bait and switch involved). Working with Sean and his Manager, Stefan Velitchkovski, was pleasant and non-stressful. We came to an agreement and I am walking away feeling very much of a win-win partnership.
