First buying experience from a dealer Had a great experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I've been emailing back and forth with Mike LeBlanc for quite a few months and Had a great experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I've been emailing back and forth with Mike LeBlanc for quite a few months and had been in to see a few Jeeps also. He was always quick to answer emails and phone calls and get any information for me I needed. Everyone was friendly at the dealership and wanted to help.. I had the pleasure of dunking Mike in the dunk tank they had at their and of the month event which was hilarious. Juan Munoz also helped with the sale and was amazing to work with. It's now been two months from when I bought it and I emailed Mike again about my first service on the Jeep and some concerns, he called me right away and was very very helpful. Excellent Experience purchasing our Fiat 500 Andréanne Budd is the salesperson we dealt for the purchase of our Fiat 500. Andréanne made us feel welcome and at ease within the dealership. We felt welcomed and we were treated as though we were the most important people in the store. Attention to detail by Andréanne in explaining to us the different options on various models, her patience in dealing with all our questions from my son, my wife and myself, was exemplary! Andréanne continued to work with us during our several visits to the dealership and helped us at every step of the process. The Service Department and Parts Department were also great to deal with. The Parts department helped us to accessorize our Fiat after it was purchased and also helped us with the purchase of winter tires. We have been back to Capital Fiat a few times now for service and every time we have dealt with the people at Capitol, we have been treated very well. They have an excellent team of friendly and knowledgeable people. Overall, dealing with Capital Fiat for the purchase of our Fiat 500 was a great experience and Capital Fiat continues to be a great place to deal with for service. I also started using the Capital Service Department for my other vehicle which is an older Honda Odyssey. When it comes time to replace my Honda, I will most certainly go back to Capitol to purchase my next vehicle. We recommend dealing with Capital Fiat and Capitol Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
