May 17, 2014 After visiting another dealership a week prior and having and awful experience I thought I would try another, this being Capital. As soon as I had got After visiting another dealership a week prior and having and awful experience I thought I would try another, this being Capital. As soon as I had gotten into the showroom it was a nicer atmosphere to be in. The product advisors and managers were easier to speak to and more personable. I had come to Capital twice within a month period and took the Ram 1500 Eco Diesel Laramie out for a test drive prior to May 17 and also had a positive experience with another product advisor. Ezekiel was very easy to talk to, ask questions about to truck, and felt like a genuine person trying to help you. It didn't feel like I was going through the dealership "song and dance." He was very prompt on keeping me up to date with the truck and when it was ready for pick up. Also going through the features and answering any questions I had. Briefly interacting with some of the other people working at the dealership was nice. The finance lady Jen was very easy to talk to, ask questions about the paperwork and also going over the other options available. The price of the vehicle was fair, do not feel that it was over the expectations I had going in, happy with what I paid for my new vehicle. My overall experience was great at Capital in Edmonton, I will be referring friends and family to see Ezekiel if interested in a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram. More

They were very thorough when explaining all the new functions of the car, and took time to remedy any uncertainties that we were having. The Run Around I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 Sport in March. As of May 6 2014, my vehicle has been in for repair 3 times and needs to back in again for a radio update I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 Sport in March. As of May 6 2014, my vehicle has been in for repair 3 times and needs to back in again for a radio update (it would have been done, but I would have had to wait a few more hours for the electronics guys). My vehicle has custom rims and tires on it, but when I purchased it, it didn't have the hub nut covers. I asked the parts and service people about this and no body seemed to know about the covers, but parts told me that Trucks Plus did the work. I talked to Trucks Plus and found out from them that my 2014 RAM had rims and tires from 2012. After talking to 2 sales managers at Capitol Dodge, I was informed that Trucks Plus had given me the wrong information and that my rim/tires were purchased on Dec 6. I asked to see a purchase order from the work and the rims and tires were indeed purchased on Dec 6, but it was Dec 6 2012. The 2 sales managers that I dealt with didn't see the problem with selling a 2014 vehicle with rims and tires that were at least 16 months old and even the dealership GM saw no issue with this either. As a consumer buying a new 2014 vehicle I thought it would be reasonable to assume that all parts on the vehicle were new parts, I was greatly mistaken. If you have to buy from this dealership, ensure that you are getting what you pay for. I went to Capitol on a recommendation from a fellow Military member and now I would dissuade anyone from buying a vehicle from this dealership. More
