She took the time to explain what was done and helped me understand the alignment sheet so I could go and get my money refunded from the other shop. More

Kirstin (Lefebvre) Davis in the Service Dept is GREAT! Kirstin has been my service advisor twice in the past month, and both times I was very pleased with the service. Once I fully expected to leave my Kirstin has been my service advisor twice in the past month, and both times I was very pleased with the service. Once I fully expected to leave my vehicle for service for the duration of my vacation and Kirstin was able to arrange for me to have it back before I left on my trip. Super quick service and all my issues were resolved in one visit. I stopped by again this month (without an appointment) for a small issue and Kirstin had it repaired while I waited and a free car wash to boot! Thanks Kirstin! More

Service I had my truck in for a check up. They found a number of things wrong and sent me a quote for $2300 This is fine, but after the service begins th I had my truck in for a check up. They found a number of things wrong and sent me a quote for $2300 This is fine, but after the service begins they do not have part available to complete the service. Part will be in tomorrow. Offered a rental fair enough. The rental company was very close to my home and I was told they will come get me or call. After a few hours of waiting I decided to get a ride to the rental co. They have my name but I am on a waiting list because they have no cars. They said they told my service advisor? Another rental was arranged I drove myself there got the rental. Great. A couple hours later I get a call from my advisor that the part they need will not arrive for weeks, can I bring the rental in. So. I bring the rental back with no apology or offer of a special deal....nothing. I have a letter from Capital offering 5% off next service..which I forgot at home but they offered nothing for the inconvenience . I pay $1000 the work they were able to complete. I was not directed my truck. I found it not parked in a parking spot but with the front passenger and rear tires parked on a curb Island in front of a fire hydrant... unwashed and the technicians plastic seat cover and paper floor mat still in the vehicle. I say unwashed because they always give your vehicle a wash before retuning it..not this time. They said they would call me when the part comes in in a few weeks. I don't think I will give them another $1000 next round More
