Brian always follows up with me a few days later to see if everything Is OK. Truly a real gentleman and a "gem" to be valued by management and General Motors Limited. I must not forget Peter Mitchell and Jim McSorley, both of whom have helped me in the past on more than one occasion and delivered exceptional service as well. Maintenance and beyond Brought my newly purchased 12 cruze in for a transmission fluid service... was advised there was a campaign on a water pump issue which Kirstin advise Brought my newly purchased 12 cruze in for a transmission fluid service... was advised there was a campaign on a water pump issue which Kirstin advised me could be addressed same day and under warranty.... they also found a few other gremlins and took care of those for me. My expectations were exceeded at every point in my experience with this service center and Kirstin was fair and communicative. She is a real asset to Capital. I didn't get the service managers name or the technician that also came to speak to me during the service.. but they should receive commendations for their great communication. More

If it is a quick service I reccomend sticking around d for coffee and donuts in there customer lounge. Every time I have a vehicle in there I ask to, if safe, see it on the lift and get a tech to explain what is happening. I mostly deal with Brian in service and it seems that Clint is always the tech on my trucks. More

Vehicle Damage Repair My 2016 Mazda was damaged and needed some TLC. Capital repaired it and it looks brand new; would never be able to see where it was damaged as it look My 2016 Mazda was damaged and needed some TLC. Capital repaired it and it looks brand new; would never be able to see where it was damaged as it looks perfect.As an added bonus, the inside had a lot of dust and winter gravel and to my absolute delight when I picked it up it was clean on inside as well as outside. Warranty repair My 2016 Terrain had a malfunction that cured itself by the time of my appointment. Kirsten listened to me and tried to find the cause of the issue. My vehicle was returned to me me clean and with a list of the tests that had been done. Unfortunately, the issue remains undiscovered. I had purchased the vehicle from Jack Carter, the service department at Jack Carter could learn a lesson in customer service, very poor service. The only reason I go back to Jack Carter for service is because I was given free 4 oil changes. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Capital Chevrolet Buick in the future. Very happy with Capital. More
