Truck making a lot of noise Brian was great to deal with and if I had a company would hire him in a minute. He kept us in the loop as to what was happening all the time and made Brian was great to deal with and if I had a company would hire him in a minute. He kept us in the loop as to what was happening all the time and made great suggestions of service/maintenance that could be done at the same time as the truck was being worked on in the shop, saving us an extra visit later. Almost gave a 4 out of 5 until I had to call and ask for answers as to why my heated seat wasn’t working. If it was relating to the service I had done or worst case t out of 5 until I had to call and ask for answers as to why my heated seat wasn’t working. If it was relating to the service I had done or worst case the cost to fix it. Total incompetence and after several phone calls since Friday and no answers I leave a 1 star. All GMC dealerships apparently are useless. More

Wrong coverage information was provided to me from the Service Dept over the phone for my tire repair, and I drove across town with an appointment to only to find out I actually had to pay. Kirstin looked into the issue and made a decision to go ahead with the repair and not charging me and fixed the problem. That wouldn't have been a huge bill but I appreciate what Kirstin did for me and that says a lot about how Capital treats their clients. Randi Westhaver was also superb and kind. Snow Tires didn’t make it to dealership for my app’! Kirstin spoke to the Service Manager after discovering that my snow tires were not available at my app’t. I had driven across town on a snowy morning Kirstin spoke to the Service Manager after discovering that my snow tires were not available at my app’t. I had driven across town on a snowy morning on icy roads for this app’t. She secured permission for the shuttle to drive me back home, pick up the tires from storage, and then pick me up when the care was ready. All this was done efficiently with kindness and courteously with no charge to me. I would like to Thank Kirstin, the Service Manager, and Capital Chevrolet for there exemplary service. I purchased my car from this dealership and have always received great service. More
Exceptional Responsive Customer Service I have taken numerous cars to this dealership and the service department (without exception) is outstanding notably Brian Ellis who not only knows my I have taken numerous cars to this dealership and the service department (without exception) is outstanding notably Brian Ellis who not only knows my car likely better than me but he goes out of his way to address my needs in a very efficient, proactive manner. Brian always follows up with me a few days later to see if everything Is OK. Truly a real gentleman and a "gem" to be valued by management and General Motors Limited. I must not forget Peter Mitchell and Jim McSorley, both of whom have helped me in the past on more than one occasion and delivered exceptional service as well. Maintenance and beyond Brought my newly purchased 12 cruze in for a transmission fluid service... was advised there was a campaign on a water pump issue which Kirstin advise Brought my newly purchased 12 cruze in for a transmission fluid service... was advised there was a campaign on a water pump issue which Kirstin advised me could be addressed same day and under warranty.... they also found a few other gremlins and took care of those for me. My expectations were exceeded at every point in my experience with this service center and Kirstin was fair and communicative. She is a real asset to Capital. I didn't get the service managers name or the technician that also came to speak to me during the service.. but they should receive commendations for their great communication. More
