This service wasn't even worth 1 star, but that's the lowest that I can rate, so.. I initially called in and asked about upgrading the software in my radio so that I can gain Apple Carplay & Android A lowest that I can rate, so.. The girl on the phone said that can be done and even better, I wouldn't be charged anything as it's just a software upgrade, so I scheduled a service appointment. When I got there, the person who was checking in my car asked why is was there. I again explained that I wanted my radio upgraded so that I could have the Apple CarPlay functionality added. He booked it in and I sat in the waiting area for 1.5 hours. They called my name, so I went to the Service Desk and was presented with an invoice for more than $200. I was upset as I was told that it would be free, but I paid because I really wanted the upgraded functionality. I went to my car and tested both Bluetooth and USB. but the radio was exactly the same. No new functionality. In fact, it was still connected to my phone via Bluetooth, so obviously no upgrade to the software was done. The invoice stated that they did an update to a newer version on the same infotainment software and that's why they charged me over $200, but updates are available over the air, for no charge. I am obviously VERY angry at them charging me over $200 and gaining NO NEW FUNCTIONALITY and refusing to do anything about it. I just bought this car a few days ago and had intended on using this dealership to do all my maintenance to maintain my third party warranty, but that will obviously no longer happen. If I have my way, I will make sure as many people as possible are warn away from this dealership and I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I was NOT given the service that I paid for. More

I just have my Yukon serviced at the dealership and Brian was my service provider. He was very accommodating answered all my questions. The truck was done on time and problem fixed. I am a 30+ year customer and these guys keep "Dropping the Ball"...."Poor Quality of repairs and No warranty for their work"!... I took my Cadillac to them for service because my back wheels were squeaki the Ball"...."Poor Quality of repairs and No warranty for their work"!... I took my Cadillac to them for service because my back wheels were squeaking. I was told my car needed a back brake job. I did not ask, but they suggested they could save me money by grinding the edges of my old rotors plus installing new brake pads. They told me this would fix the problem so I agreed. I paid them to do a rear brake job (over $400). A week after I got my car back, the squeaking was back and I also developed a bad vibration in the back of the car when I applied the brakes on the highway. I called them and talked with my service advisor ( Tommy), and he said I would probably need new rotors. I told him I would pay for the cost of the new rotors but the rest of the labor cost of the original brake job should be under warranty. He informed me that none of the previous work they did was under warranty because of the rotor grinding that they recommended, so I would have to pay for another rear brake job( another $400+). I told him I would not pay for the same brake job labor twice! Originally I relied on their advice and knowledge to check my car properly and make the necessary recommendations and repairs. They failed to do this and did not repair it properly. I do not think I should have to pay a mechanic twice because he initially misdiagnosed the problem. So, how does this save me money and how many times do they expect a customer to pay the labor for a rear brake job?...Now, my car feels like I have no back brakes! In the future I will take my car someplace else for repairs and buy my new vehicles elsewhere. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! More

Since the dealership changed to Capital, the service at this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited more than three hours. Every request for update on time was met with the “ 15 more minutes” lie. I would not mind having to wait a bit longer if the employees simply told the truth. This is the absolute last time I will be dealing with this dealership. When paying they even had the nerve to include an envelope with exclusive offers to buy a new car with rates “ just for you”. Who are they kidding?? More
