I talked to him on the phone initially, where I expressed what I was looking for. He had an SUV picked out and ready to go when I went to the dealership. Totally loved the 2024 GMC Terrain so much, I didn't even consider looking at other vehicles. Mike was honest, no pressure sales tactics, and was a very genuine person. I was looking elsewhere before he called me, and I truly believe he prevented me from making a bad high-kilometer deal elsewhere. The vehicle I purchased was 2024, with very low kilometers. Mike made me so comfortable, just by being himself. It was truly an awesome experience. Logan in finance was great as well. Everyone that I talked to that day was incredible. No run around, no shady tactics, just treated me like family and delivered on every aspect. I Highly recommend Mike and this Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC.
