I recently had vehicles troubles while travelling to Calgary and took my Vehicle to Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC for repair. From my fist step into the building the staff were courteous and helpful. I was connected to Fiona, who reached out by text and phone and provided clear updates on the status of my vehicle and timelines for repair. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I purchased my last 4 vehicles at Capital in Regina because of the owner Bruce Axelson and the professional care, quality service and kindness that he offered his customers. After moving to Calgary and finding out that Capital Calgary was owned by him, I knew I was in great hands and could trust this dealership. I have received nothing but the best care here especially from Brian Ellis (service advisor) who always goes above and beyond providing the ultimate in customer service. No matter how busy he is he always takes the time to get back to you and keeps you well informed. He is the most kind , caring professional person, always giving the best service. As I had been ill over the past 10 years and purchasing a new vehicle is not a possibility at this time, I am confident that Brian and Capital will help me keep my car going until I can purchase new once again.
