first meeting with a lovely,caring and helpful young lady.. I met Kirsten when I checked in for an appointment and being that I always did have respectful and quick service by others in that department, Kirste I met Kirsten when I checked in for an appointment and being that I always did have respectful and quick service by others in that department, Kirsten came across that day as little more friendly and happy to help. Later as it turned out, my car was in need of extra work. Kirsten phoned and was very thorough in explaining the problem that involved a computer somewhere in my console, and advised me of the possible costs. [gasp]. HOWEVER, somehow she relayed my concerns to the Service Manager ++ and with that added input and extra steps taken, when I picked up my car I was shocked to find out that there was no charge for all that had been done. I was overwhelmed with what Kirsten had done,and since then with all the routine service appointments following, she remains the happy and smiling and very smart Employee that I had first met. I have shared this story with all my work associates some of who have dealt with Kirsten as well.. GREAT JOB Kirsten ! More
