When our second vehicle died, and it was finally time to buy my dream truck (a Silverado) it was essen It was an absolute pleasure working with Myron. When our second vehicle died, and it was finally time to buy my dream truck (a Silverado) it was essential for us to find a good sales associate. When my husband, and I first met with Myron, we could see right away he was pleasant, friendly and professional. We bonded immediately over our passion for classic cars and our admiration for GM products and the brand. During the hunt for the perfect truck, Mryon took the time to show us countless models and went on numerous test drives, each time we narrowed down our search criteria. He was great at research and took the time to show us trucks he thought fit our requirements, saving us time doing the research ourselves and he was always responded quickly to our inquiries. During many conversations, it was clear he had a personal in-depth knowledge of vehicles and the brand. In the end, Myron found us our perfect truck (if I could, I would sleep in my truck rather than the house). He was patient thoughtful and respectful of our budget. We have nothing but amazing things to say regarding Myron's professionalism and the experience we had with the dealership. We will continue our professional relationship with Myron when it's time to purchase our sports car, a Chevy Camero ZL1. More

Excellent experience We have never had a bad experience at Capital. We’ve been service clients for a few years now and Brian is always sure to take care of us and our car. We have never had a bad experience at Capital. We’ve been service clients for a few years now and Brian is always sure to take care of us and our car. Brian strives to make everything right. He’s an honest, straightforward gentleman with great communication skills. We recently purchased a new car and turned to Capital knowing how much we’ve appreciated their service in the past. James, and later Jeff, were happy to answer any and all questions we had and were patient. Again communication was impeccable and the way the team worked together was lovely to see. We did this whole process with 3 little children in tow and not once was there a sideways look or comment about the kids. In fact Lonny did all she could to ensure we weren’t going back and forth from the dealership. Very refreshing and much appreciated! It’s experiences like this that bring repeat customers and we’d be pleased to recommend Capital to any of our family and friends. More

Treat you like family Capital GM was the 4th dealer I walked into looking for a used truck for myself and the only dealer that I thought I could spend my time at. Pleased with our Experience! Walked into dealership looking to see what type of vehicle met our needs. Met Myron and he showed us both an SUV as well as a truck. Outstanding customer service I looked on line at a lot of dealers in and outside of Calgary. When I contacted Capital online, they responded quickly and were able to answer all of I looked on line at a lot of dealers in and outside of Calgary. When I contacted Capital online, they responded quickly and were able to answer all of my questions and arrange an appointment. We went to Capital because they had the best advertised deals and financing. From the first moment we walked on the lot we were professionally greeted and offered assistance. We met with Clair (sales) who took the time to answer questions, he showed us several different trucks to insure we found the model that best suited our needs. He spent 2 days to find the truck we decided on and arranged to bring the vehicle to Calgary. We then met Sheryl (finance) who took the time to explain all documents and answer our many questions. From start to finish we were treated extremely well, there was no high pressure sales and we left with the vehicle and price we were looking for.
