Treat you like family Capital GM was the 4th dealer I walked into looking for a used truck for myself and the only dealer that I thought I could spend my time at. Unlike ot Capital GM was the 4th dealer I walked into looking for a used truck for myself and the only dealer that I thought I could spend my time at. Unlike others I had visited, the salesman tested me like I was one of his closest friends and listened to my every want and need for my next vehicle and found me just about a perfect fit for me. Pleased with our Experience! Walked into dealership looking to see what type of vehicle met our needs. Met Myron and he showed us both an SUV as well as a truck. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions. Ultimately we decided on a 2014 GMC. Once the deal was negotiated we did the paper work with Art and that went very well. Outstanding customer service I looked on line at a lot of dealers in and outside of Calgary. When I contacted Capital online, they responded quickly and were able to answer all of I looked on line at a lot of dealers in and outside of Calgary. When I contacted Capital online, they responded quickly and were able to answer all of my questions and arrange an appointment. We went to Capital because they had the best advertised deals and financing. From the first moment we walked on the lot we were professionally greeted and offered assistance. We met with Clair (sales) who took the time to answer questions, he showed us several different trucks to insure we found the model that best suited our needs. He spent 2 days to find the truck we decided on and arranged to bring the vehicle to Calgary. We then met Sheryl (finance) who took the time to explain all documents and answer our many questions. From start to finish we were treated extremely well, there was no high pressure sales and we left with the vehicle and price we were looking for. Purchase of a 2018 Equinox I went to the dealer with my list of wants and James found me a couple of vehicles that fit my requirements. I took both out for a test drive and I went to the dealer with my list of wants and James found me a couple of vehicles that fit my requirements. I took both out for a test drive and was still not sure about which one I wanted. They told us to take it for a test drive on our own and to take it home to confirm that it would fit in our garage with out having to move everything around.as this was a concern for us. It was not high pressure sales and they understood what we were looking for. More

Don't buy a Ford! The salesman Craig was very informative and knew everything about the truck I bought without reading anything. Also prior to picking up the truck, he went through both the owner's manual and stereo manual and put Color coated post its on each important page. Best experience I've had at a dealership! Àlso Lonny was very personable and we even had a few laughs about stupid kids. ( right after she mommed me!) Would recommend Capital Auto Group anytime! More

Horrible to try and deal with Tried to get an estimate to have my truck repaired from a collision , had to wait 3 days , then to go in and have them tell me they won’t deal with my Tried to get an estimate to have my truck repaired from a collision , had to wait 3 days , then to go in and have them tell me they won’t deal with my insurance company .... I called my insurance company and found out they were pulled off their list of shops because of quality of repair issues ..... I’ll never go there again .... staff acted like it was a big joke ... waste of my time More

Taken for a ride James was the stereotypical car salesman that told me whatever I wanted to hear but with little substance behind it. When he wasn’t able to provide an James was the stereotypical car salesman that told me whatever I wanted to hear but with little substance behind it. When he wasn’t able to provide any of the vehicles he assured me he could, he blamed me that it was my fault for not committing even though he had my deposit and a written sale. Very unprofessional and only motivated by a quick sale. And now this poor attempt asking his past clients to rate him on here as a 5 out of 5 with limited comments. Sorry but you need to earn the rating first. More
