Purchasing First Vehicle After a poor experience with a different dealership I was feeling scipticle about visiting another dealership to purchase a vehicle. Steven was straight forward with me during our phone conversation and delivered on the promises he made on the phone. I was met with no surprises or sudden unexpected cost. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we had purchased and took the time to walk us through the process of purchasing a vehicle from Capital GMC. After he explained about the thorough inspection each of the vehicles went through and showed us the crew physically working on the vehicle, we knew we could trust the product that we were getting. The negotiation process did not feel like, we were being messed around with they simply got down to busy listen to the my offers and made it happen! Service I had my truck in for a check up. They found a number of things wrong and sent me a quote for $2300 This is fine, but after the service begins th I had my truck in for a check up. They found a number of things wrong and sent me a quote for $2300 This is fine, but after the service begins they do not have part available to complete the service. Part will be in tomorrow. Offered a rental fair enough. The rental company was very close to my home and I was told they will come get me or call. After a few hours of waiting I decided to get a ride to the rental co. They have my name but I am on a waiting list because they have no cars. They said they told my service advisor? Another rental was arranged I drove myself there got the rental. Great. A couple hours later I get a call from my advisor that the part they need will not arrive for weeks, can I bring the rental in. So. I bring the rental back with no apology or offer of a special deal....nothing. I have a letter from Capital offering 5% off next service..which I forgot at home but they offered nothing for the inconvenience . I pay $1000 the work they were able to complete. I was not directed my truck. I found it not parked in a parking spot but with the front passenger and rear tires parked on a curb Island in front of a fire hydrant... unwashed and the technicians plastic seat cover and paper floor mat still in the vehicle. I say unwashed because they always give your vehicle a wash before retuning it..not this time. They said they would call me when the part comes in in a few weeks. I don't think I will give them another $1000 next round More
