At capital, they asked what I wanted, what I needed, and took me for a walk to achieve these wants and needs. I got a great trade in value on my older vehicle and walked out of that dealership in the day ready to drive a brand new truck with everything I needed, nothing more and nothing less. Cliff was the gentleman who handled my deal, and he gave me a sense that he would stop at nothing to get me the best deal he could and driving a great new truck that week. He was funny, polite, and easy to talk to ask questions. Sheryl handled the financing part of the deal and she would stop and breakdown each and every part of the numbers if my eyes started getting foggy, she was charming and relaxed making the more difficult part of buying a vehicle easier to understand and less stressful. All in all the entire staff exudes a very positive atmosphere and I would easily refer my friends and family to Capital and will definitely be going back when the time comes to trade in. More
