Just genuinely kindness and informative information to help me make a decision. I told John Desrosiers what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and he pulled up 4 likely cars I'd be interested in. Thank God! Narrowed down the decision for me which totally destressed me! I liked two of them, test drove them both with John. He knew everything I needed to know about the car. The price was well within my budget and I feel I got an excellent deal! I ended up with the 2015 Chevy Equinox and I am THRILLED with the car, the service and the experience. What a pleasure to make a deal with Randi We are from a small rural community and dealing with a large dealership in the city was not something we were looking forward to. However we found a Buick Enclave in Auto Trader that caught our attention. It happened to be from Capital GMC. My call got directed to Randi Westhaver. She was very courteous and provided the details that I needed. She also provided a personalized video of the vehicle within a few minutes and sent it to me. When we finally made it to Calgary to meet with her she was very straightforward and honest and provided answers to the questions that we raised. She did not try to miss lead us or give us faulty information. If she didn’t have the answer, rather than guessing, she would ask the right person and made sure that we felt comfortable with the information. She did not rush us in our decision-making but was available when we needed her. Taylor Goulden, the credit manager, also helped us with putting together a very nice financing option even though we had come with the intention of just buying the vehicle outright. Both Randi and Taylor did a very nice job of looking after us and gave us confidence in purchasing the vehicle from Capital. I would have no hesitation in recommending their expertise to anyone else.
