I was in a bit of a rush to get my winter tires on as I had to get to kelowna in a week's time. I called around and unfortunately most places were booked until after I had to leave. I was unsure of his suggestion since my car was a Toyota Camry and thought to myself "would they even offer me this service". But as I was out of options I thought it wouldn't hurt to call and ask. So I called and ended up speaking to gentleman named Jacob. He assured me that it didn't matter what brand or make my car was their technicians could handle it. They also had the availability I needed for that weekend. I was in and out before long and even managed to meet and shake Jacob's hand. He was very polite, extremely professional and helpful both over the phone and in person. More
