She took it one step further and set up my phone and nav system for me. As a senior, buying a new car waa overwhelming as the technology has changed so much since 2014, but she kindly guided me through and made it so easy and stress-free. The whole experience, even the ICBC rep was wonderful to work with. I have only positive things to say and was very pleased from start to finish.
