Just bought my 2022 Mk 8 Golf R. This is my 6th new Volkswagen that I have bought from Capilano Volkswagen over the last nine years. I previously had the Mk 7 Golf R, then upgraded to the Mk 7.5. Even Volkswagen that I have bought from Capilano Volkswagen over the last nine years. I previously had the Mk 7 Golf R, then upgraded to the Mk 7.5. Even though I was happy with the fun factor in Mk 7.5 Golf R this Mk 8 version is even more fun to drive. The Capilano sales department and service department have both always provided outstanding service in the nine years that I have dealt with them. Highly recommend Capilano VW to anyone interested in a Volkswagen. More

Landon, thank you for saving my day. I was xmas shopping at Park Royal mall. When I return ed to my Golf the fob was dead. 5:30 pm. It’s cold, I am tired. I called roadside service- 3 hours for them to tow at Park Royal mall. When I return ed to my Golf the fob was dead. 5:30 pm. It’s cold, I am tired. I called roadside service- 3 hours for them to tow me to dealership which would be closed at 7:00 pm. Luckily, I called Capilano and spoke to Landon who explained how to start car with dead fob and how to lock car with key. Went to Home Depot, got new battery. Happy ending. More
