RJ was very responsive, and knowledgeable and made sure I got the exact Atlas Cross Sport I was looking for. The Atlas CS I originally wanted sold overnight which was a very specific colour, trim/package. It was disappointing to hear this, but nonetheless, RJ made some calls, searched for my specific needs/wants, and found the one I wanted in the manufacturing production line. It took about a month or less to arrive, but I was willing and able to wait as it was exactly what I wanted. Next thing I knew it was at the dealership and I picked it up the same day.
