He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect vehicle. He also went above and beyond to ensure that we received our vehicle as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. One thing that really stood out about Steve was his professionalism and his lack of pushiness. RJ was very responsive, and knowledgeable and made sure I got the exact Atlas Cross Sport I was looking for. The Atlas CS I originally wanted sold overnight which was a very specific colour, trim/package. It was disappointing to hear this, but nonetheless, RJ made some calls, searched for my specific needs/wants, and found the one I wanted in the manufacturing production line. It took about a month or less to arrive, but I was willing and able to wait as it was exactly what I wanted. Next thing I knew it was at the dealership and I picked it up the same day.
