TheY informed us they felt the engine had been submerged (he had washes the Jeep before bringing it in). The claimed to have run diagnostics and test the compression in 2 cylinders then stopped because their was only about 30 psi. We where then told that our warranty would not cover the issue and we needed a new engine $8000. We have now gotten 2 separate qoutes saying our engine is fine and compression is good. Camrose also had our engine warranty blacklisted. We are now in the process of trying to reverse that witha differentry dealership. This leaving a mother of 3 with no vehicle while still paying for one. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. .. I will never step foot in the dealership again except to get my money back once our warranty is hopefully reinstated. More

The sales team not to friendly and looking for a sale. The service department says one thing to you then Chrysler for warranty work to save from paying to fix their products. I came to camrose chrysler looking for a used 300c, and they had one I was very interested in. I took it for a test drive and liked the vehicle. Mike first of all was helpful telling me how much I would have to pay per month and then he abruptively told me to sign some papers to "hold the deal" for me. Above the signature it read "I will purchase this vehicle." Mike you need to stop tricking people into buying vehicles and actually work with them. You lost a deal bud. More
