This was an unusual scenario. This first impression enabled me to relax and actually enjoy the process of leasing a vehicle. Matt is an exceptional customer service representative. He knows the importance of being versed in his product and how to engage a customer. He did not talk to much. When he did, it was friendly, respectful and spoke clearly. My new Rav 4 is a high quality vehicle. Driving it is such a delight! Solid, comfortable, very stable, handles like a sports car yet so smooth. A 4 cylinder that gives you everything! Great economy, yet power when you need it! I have owned Toyotas previously. A great little stick shift Corolla with roll down windows and a top of the line, Supra. As far as competitors there was an Acura Legend coupe, basic Honda Accord and Volvo plus a top of the line Benz. You can see there has been a wide range.
