Do not expect a good customer service. Managers are not approachable at all. Services Center too does not care about customers issues. They are just behind the money. They just performed the diagnostic tests and told me that you have an engine issue. But they couldn’t find it nor fix it. I requested to speak to manager but was not allowed to. Finally I gave up and now consulting other dealerships. More

Rates : 215$ for just oil ans Air filter change is hust ridiculous. ( you guys don’t even vacuum cars. I went to car and saw car was not vacuum ( I don’t know they don’t vacuum cars). I went inside to ask if vacuum is included or not. At first she just ignored me amd they after 5-10 min from very far she asked in loud noise. “Whats going on, whats happening” do you need something ?. I told her that I have a question. She yelled “ one what?” ( sitting at her chair with phone in her hand) Then I repeated my question again and then other lady told me that I have to pay extra for interior cleaning. I was called to ask if I want to machine brake rotors, change brake pads and brake fluid flush. I got estimate of 1000$ including taxes so I denied and they warned or threatened me that If I don’t change then I might have to change the entire rotor in couple of months. I showed my brake rotors to two local garage and they told me that I don’t need anything to do with brakes right now. Get it machined after 8-12 months. Brake pads were good too. As a first time car owner, I was very upset. Never coming back to cambridge hyundai. More
