Gerry was the salesman who was great and very personable. I felt at ease in dealing with him. Mary looked after the financial paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. She kept in touch with me about when the vehicle would be ready. Paul looked after the final documentation as Mary was away on holidays when I returned to pick it up. I felt like a valued customer, as some places see a young women and won't waste their time. The 2012 Elantra was sold but I was told there was more that had just come in. I came in the next day and was able to take home; overnight a 2011 Elantra that I ended up buying.
