During this session, we identified a problem with an accessory we had ordered (our fault), which rightfully any dealer could have forced us to take; but the Cambridge Hyundai team clearly weren't going to be happy until we were happy. "AJ", Albert Schultz - Parts, joined Mary and Nic in painlessly resolving the matter for us. The resolution went well beyond what I would have expected from a "normal" dealer, clearly their only goal was to make us happy!! We went back several days later to have a remote starter installed, Ryan in service handled it all on time and as per estimates, again in the friendliest of ways. Finishing off a great experience. We highly recommend Cambridge Hyundai and we will be back... .. P.s. We love our sporty little Veloster! More

Rather than leave us standing around, the General Manager, Mark, approached us and started talking cars. He was friendly and accommodating, a likeable guy. I went in thinking I wanted a pricey SUV, and he helped me consider other options, like the more fuel efficient Elantra GT - which made sense for me, a commuter who takes at least a half hour one-way to work. He got us set up for a test drive and we were on the road.. When we got back, the salesmen were still busy so Mark continued to work with us on a deal. Then Paul took over the money side. He was friendly and chatty, and put together a great package for us. We even got a new food processor as part of the promotion! When we went to pick up the car a few days later, Dan showed us the car and was quite helpful. Overall, it was a really positive experience. More
