Service Excellencce I recently had an issue with my 2014 Santa Fe Sport and as it turns out the it was not a problem with the vehicle at all. Chris asked a few questions I recently had an issue with my 2014 Santa Fe Sport and as it turns out the it was not a problem with the vehicle at all. Chris asked a few questions and had a pretty good idea what the problem was. He pulled the vehicle into the service bay to verify and validated his diagnostics. He took care of the issue right away. Even though it was not a vehicle problem he treated the issue very professionally and exhibited what excellent service really is. Elantra GT - "awesome purchasing experience" I came in for a warranty recall on my 2003 Santa Fe which has been great but recently it has accumulated costs due to age. The service people were fabulous in explaining what needed to be done and in priority to reduce me a big blow financially. I decided it was time to trade it in for a new car. This is when I met Gerry Santos who was a very considerate sales rep who dealt with my needs and wants and also patiently assisted me with my mother and my son with the decision making. Next we met with Paul for the financial part of the deal and he was fantastic. Everything was negotiated with my best interest and there was no pressures. I was approved while waiting in his office. He was quick to assess what I really wanted and even went the extra step to swap summer and winter rims and tires to my liking! I felt like they were really doing things just for me although I am sure they treat all their customers extremely well. On pick up day everything ran smoothly. My insurance papers were there. Everything was ready to go. Both Paul and Gerry ran me through aspects of my new car and when to check back in for oil change and tire switch. They even sent me off with a fresh cup of coffee from Tim Horton's. If only all business's cared about their customers as much as these guys! (My household recently purchased a car from another dealer and zero comparison!!!!))) Thanks Gerry and Paul I will surely pop in and say hello!!!! More
Friendly Atmosphere I visited their satellite dealership at the mall and was treated excellent. The reviews of the 2015 Hyundai Accent were excellent. I decided to purchase the 2015 Hyundai Accent SE model. What swayed me to purchase a Hyundai was the friendliness of the staff and their expert knowledge of their cars. I felt the Hyundai team had a greater willingness to discuss and negotiate price and options available. I found the people at the dealership were very helpful especially the Sales Consultant Tyler Moyes. In addition Mary Young and Paul Walia were excellent to make sure my car was ready on the delivery date and the purchase process was quick and efficient. We met with Gerry Santos who helped us out the moment we walked in and was very friendly. After speaking with Gerry and learning out about the year end sale, he pointed out that the monthly payments associated with a used vehicle will be higher than that of a new purchase and also that insurance worked out to be cheaper as well. Without his knowledge, we would have had higher monthly car and insurance bills and now we have a great reliable sonata because of the great staff at hyundai. Also Mary Young, the financial manager was great to deal with. She made the process of purchasing the car very easy and quick. Overall I would recommend this hyundai to my friends and family... And I already have. More
Well worth the wait I recently bought a previous enjoyed, one owner 2011 AWD Santa Fe with the help of the very friendly and ever helpful sales rep Gerry Santos. Now, I I recently bought a previous enjoyed, one owner 2011 AWD Santa Fe with the help of the very friendly and ever helpful sales rep Gerry Santos. Now, I know that I am a very picky, hard headed person to work with. So when Gerry took my needs to the sales manager (they were some pretty high wants) and went to bat for me and got what I asked for. I knew I had the right man for the job. When my Delivery was put back by 5 day due to unforeseen issues with parts not in house, Gerry once again stepped up and got me a loner car for the week at no charge. Financing was a breeze with Mary Young (Who Recently got engaged, Congrats).. She not only made it fun, but got me a great rate over a sort term. What pleased me most about Mary, was the fact that 1.5hrs after I left I got a call from her to tell me that she found a better rate!! She truly had my best interest at hand.. Ryan Van Schaik did a great job of helping me get a problem solved with the auto start on the vehicle shortly after I picked it up. He got it in and fixed up very quickly, and went over and above to make sure I was happy. I am very happy that I chose to buy at Cambridge Hyundai!!! Will Buy there again in a heart beat.... I was off to Cambridge Hyundai to make a surprise purchase for my wife, a new vehicle for the New Year. It is the 31st of December and I entered Cambridge Hyundai and met Matt, the smiling, tall, young, pleasant/cheerful/knowledgeable sales consultant. Matt was told my needs and he gave good advice and suggestions to meet my needs. Test drive and the decision made, it was off to meet Mary. Mary, financial services manger, again, a pleasant/cheerful/knowledgeable employee, was very helpful giving lots of valuable information, answering numerous questions and using terms I understood to make a successful purchase. I must add that everyone was friendly at the dealership, hello,smiles, introductions as they simply walked by and at no time did I feel pressured to make any purchase or decisions.
