Awesome Customer Service!! I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service ex I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service experience. Since then I have been getting my car serviced there and I am very happy with CH Service Department Team! They are so great to deal with! They are not too pushy, they know I'm on a budget and they will work with me and let me know what is important to get done on the car. I really appreciate that and will continue to go to them because I feel like I can trust them. Chris is so great to deal with, he has been the Service Advisor I have dealt with the most for the oil changes for the past few years. He is always so helpful and I really appreciate dealing with him. I have also dealt with Mike who is really great too! Tracy is so friendly and always makes me laugh, I appreciate the shuttle when my car will be a while. It's so awesome that they have such a great team who really provide the customer service that will keep their customers happy and keep coming back! Thank you! :) More

Service Excellence Recently our 1 year old Hyundai Santa fe Sport would not start. We called our dealership and were advised to have the vehicle towed directly to them a Recently our 1 year old Hyundai Santa fe Sport would not start. We called our dealership and were advised to have the vehicle towed directly to them and they would resolve any issue. It turned out to be a faulty cell in the battery.
